You can book in one of four ways:

You can book your tickets online 24/7 using your debit or credit card. Simply select Book on your chosen show page and follow the on-screen instructions to select and purchase your seats. You can now choose your seats, see the view of the stage from your seat and print your tickets from home. Please note, online bookings carry a £1 transaction fee. Our seating plans can help when booking online.
In Person:
The Box Office is located in the Lichfield Garrick foyer and is open Monday to Saturday 11am – 6pm and until the start of the show on performance days (times will vary subject to performance schedule).

Please include a telephone number as tickets are subject to availability.
Exchange/Refund policy:
We only offer refunds in exceptional circumstances and by arrangement with the Box Office Manager. If you are unable to attend a performance that is fully booked and has a waiting list we will offer to re-sell your ticket for a nominal fee of £2.50 per ticket. We operate a ticket exchange service up to 48 hours prior to the performance and subject to availability, for a fee of £2.50 per ticket (excludes Friends of the Lichfield Garrick).
