Corporate Entertaining and Hospitality Suites

The Lichfield Garrick will shortly be opening a brand new hospitality suite which will be operational from 2 October 2013.

Two exciting new spaces are being created within the Lichfield Garrick and will be available to either complement your visit to the theatre or for an independent private party or corporate entertaining.

The Mezzanine Circle Suite

The Mezzanine Circle Suite is an exclusive area for private parties and corporate entertaining for up to 60 guests with contemporary menus to include buffets and canapés.

These will be freshly prepared in our new kitchens by Masterchef Simon Smith (Thrales) who is excited to be working with us.

Fine dining with table seating for up to 30 guests is offered, with a selection of menus available. Bespoke menus can also be created and designed specifically for you by Simon.

There will be an extensive wine and drinks menu.

The Encore Lounge

The Encore Lounge is an exclusive area which can accommodate up to 20 guests for either fine dining or pre and post show receptions. The Encore Lounge will also offer space for meetings and small seminars with a full range of catering and hospitality.

Both The Mezzanine Circle Suite and The Encore Lounge can be booked together as they are linked by a new spiral staircase and can jointly accommodate up to 100 guests.

The Lichfield Garrick has a unique layout offering you a choice of rooms and individual spaces, from large theatre formats to more intimate areas for different sized meetings and rehearsals.

THEATRE BAR

Our Theatre Bar is situated on the second floor of the Garrick and is an ideal space for an informal meeting for up to 30 people or as a break out room for refreshments as part of a conference for up to 100 people.

Price £25 per hour

(minimum hire 2 hours)

PIANO BAR

Located on the top floor of the Garrick,

the Piano Bar is a modern open plan bar

ideal for an informal meeting for up to 20 people.

Price £20 per hour (minimum hire 2 hours)

GARRICK STUDIO

The Garrick Studio is a small theatre style space. 

The seating is set out in a horse-shoe shape and there is a ceiling mounted projector and large screen. 

This is an ideal space for a presentation.

(Maximum number of delegates 100)

Price £75 per hour (minimum hire 2 hours)

Price includes one technician.  If additional technicians are required there will be a charge of £20.76 per hour per technician.

MAIN AUDITORIUM

The largest space within the Garrick, our Main Auditorium is a modern purpose built performance space complete with state of the art lighting and sound equipment.

(Maximum number of delegates 100)

Price £115 per hour (minimum hire 2 hours)

Price includes one technician and one Front of House steward.  If additional technicians and stewards are required there will be a charge of £20.76 per hour per technician and £15 per hour per steward.

Breakfast Buffet - £6.00 p/p

A selection of croissants, muffins and pastries with butter and jam.

Tea and filter coffee served.

Sandwich Selection - £6.00 p/p

A selection of sandwiches on white and brown bread with crisps and a platter of fresh fruits.

Standard Buffet - £8.00 p/p

Quiche, green salad and crudités.

A selection of sandwiches on white and brown bread with crisps and a platter of fresh fruits.

Premier Buffet - £12.00 p/p

Cold meat platter, pasta salad, quiche, green salad and crudités.

We require final numbers for buffets ten days prior to your event.

Further Information

Our rooms are available for hire between the hours of 10am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. If you require a room before or after these times then there will be an additional charge.

A flip chart can be provided free of charge.

Colour photocopying is charged at 10p per sheet.

A deposit of 25% is payable on confirmation of your booking.
