For this special evening treat, join Prof Roland Rotherham and Chef Simon Smith for their tribute to the great chefs of 18th and 19th century Europe.
From the great Careme there will be creamed trout with savoury toasts and from the Vienna of Johan Strauss Styrian Carp and famous dishes from the Hotel Sacher.
Throw the diet out of the window, its cream and butter all the way.
Go on, you've earned it!
