Our Box Office team are working on reduced capacity and staff numbers, so our phone lines are currently closed. The building is also currently closed and ticket collections and cash refunds are unavailable. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Tickets can be booked online at lichfieldgarrick.com as normal.
We strongly recommend selecting Print at Home tickets to save time and contact with staff members if possible. However, if you are unable to print at home then please select Care of Box Office and your tickets will be available for collection on the day of the show. If you have selected Postal Tickets, these will be posted out when we are able to return to the theatre building.
If you have not received your e-ticket as expected, please first check your spam and junk email folders. If you still have not received your e-tickets a week before the show, please contact our Box Office team by emailing garrick@lichfieldgarrick.com
If you can’t find the right number of seats for your desired booking, please contact our Box Office team by emailing garrick@lichfieldgarrick.com and one of the team will discuss options with you.
If you travel from Tier 1 to Tier 2 or Tier 3, you should adopt the tougher rules.
Example:
If you live in a Tier 4 area but are attending a theatre that is in Tier 3, you should adopt Tier 4 rules.
Currently the theatre is in Tier 4.
You do not need to bring any proof of being in a household or bubble with the other ticket-holders on your booking.
However, it is your responsibility to ensure you comply with the government guidance in force at the time of the performance and practice social distancing at all times.
We are adhering to the Rule of Six for all bookings. All bookings are made in bubbles of one to six people. We ask that you please only book to sit with people within your household or your 'support bubble'. Ticketholders are responsible for their own bookings and, as per our Terms & Conditions, we reserve the right to refuse entry if we deem this the appropriate action.
Please note that babies do still count as one member of your party of six. If bringing a child under 18 months to a show, please make sure you purchase a Babes in Arms ticket from the box office - please give us a call during our opening hours to add one to your order.
We have spaces for wheelchairs in both our main auditorium and studio. These can be booked online if you are on our Essential Companion register or, if you are new to the theatre, by speaking to a member of the Box Office team during our opening hours.
Yes, we ask that all patrons scan the NHS Test & Trace app when entering the venue for any show. You may be contacted by the app if a fellow audience member has tested positive. Please do ensure your contact details are correct when purchasing a ticket in case we need to contact you directly regarding an outbreak.
Due to the current government guidelines, we are unable to offer our standard bar service and you will not be able to purchase any food or drink from any of our bars. However, you are able to pre-order refreshments through our new pre-order service for collection on the day of your performance. Please check your tickets/seat numbers to make sure you are selecting the correct collection point.

We ask that anyone with symptoms of Coronavirus to please not visit the Lichfield Garrick.
We strongly advise purchasing Booking Protect with your ticket. This ensures that if you have tested positive for COVID-19 or have any other illnesses that may stop you from attending, you are able to claim a refund for your ticket price. Booking Protect cannot be purchased retrospectively. For more information about Booking Protect, click here.
As stated in our Terms & Conditions, patrons are only eligible for a refund if the show is cancelled or rescheduled. The Lichfield Garrick will not be liable for compensation whatsoever.
We ask all audience members to wear a face covering when inside our building, except to enjoy food and drink.
We understand that, for health and wellbeing reasons, some people are exempt from face coverings. Please wear your sunflower lanyard if you have one or an exemption card if applicable. We politely ask that you notify the Duty Manager upon arrival so you can be provided with a sticker so other members of staff and patrons are aware of your exemption.
Children under the age of 11 do not need to wear a mask.
