Youth Board & Workshops
Support from the #iwill Foundation allowed us to take run employability workshops in local secondary schools. We also set up our Youth Board, and the workshops helped us recruit some inspirational young people. The Youth Board provide a vital grassroots input into our work and make sure young voices are integral in our processes.

I was recently asked to an interview and one of the main points of conversation there was my involvement with the youth board. My employer (I got the job!) was impressed by the youth board and I believe it has been a great way to gain insight into business and the workings of the theatre.
