BOX OFFICE MANAGER - £30,035.20 | 40 hours per week | Auto-enrolment in pension scheme

Lichfield Garrick Theatre is looking for a Box Office Manager to lead the efficient and effective operation of the Box Office sales team, ensuring Lichfield Garrick Theatre maintains a warm welcoming experience for all visitors. The postholder will inspire, lead, manage, develop the team, and maximise the effective use and potential of the Ticketing and Customer Relationship Management System (Spektrix). They will lead on delivering efficiencies across all sales channels (online, telephone, face-to-face counter, and agency); as well as managing / upholding excellent customer service to maximise revenue and enhance the reputation of the theatre.

TECHNICAL MANAGER - £32,115.20 | 40 hours per week | Auto-enrolment in pension scheme

Lichfield Garrick Theatre is looking for a committed and enthusiastic Technical Manager to join our growing technical team. The team are responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the theatre’s performance spaces and associated spaces/activities, with a particular focus on maintaining a safe working environment, achieving the highest possible artistic/technical standards for visiting and inhouse productions, and maintaining stage and electrical equipment in good working order.

FREELANCE YOUTH THEATRE LEADER - £200 per day | 1 day of delivery per week (Sundays)

Lichfield Garrick Theatre is looking for a Freelance Youth Theatre Leader to lead up to three groups of young people aged 7-11, 11-14 and 14-18 across three terms of theatre activity from September 2024 – July 2025. The role will involve leading creative sessions, liaising with the Community Engagement Team on creative direction across the year, and leading groups of young people to the delivery of one studio-based performance, one site specific performance and one Main House performance throughout the year (full termly schedule can be found below). You may have specific experience or specialism in one or two of the age groups, and may apply to lead one, two or three of the age groups.

Lichfield Garrick Theatre is looking for a Freelance Youth Theatre Assistant to assist in the delivery of youth theatre provisions for three groups of young people aged 7-11, 11-13 and 14-18 across three terms of theatre activity from September 2024 – July 2025. The role will involve supporting in the leadership of creative sessions, liaising with the Community Engagement Team on creative direction across the year, and assisting with the delivery of each group of young people to the delivery of one studio-based performance, one site specific performance and one Main House performance throughout the year.
