About Us
Bouncing back strongly from Covid, Lichfield Garrick Theatre has just had its most successful year on record, reaching over 138,000 people with its programme of drama, dance, music, comedy, family shows and cinema. Now, with significant recent renewal within our Board and a new Chief Executive in post, the charity is gearing up to invest in ambitious plans for the future. These include expanding the number and range of shows on offer to attract an even bigger, more diverse audience to the venue, and significantly stepping up the theatre’s community engagement and talent development activities.
Having an effective marketing & communications team has been central to the venue’s recent success and will be key to achieving the growth envisaged for the next few years. That’s why we’re currently looking for a Marketing & Communications Officer to join our existing team of Director of Marketing & Communications, Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Officer.
About The Role
We’re seeking a dynamic marketing & communications professional to join our team, with a focus on elevating the theatre’s profile through delivering compelling messages about our charitable activities and wider programme to a range of audiences and stakeholders. The post holder will also manage and develop our social media channels and lead on marketing & communications support for our community engagement programme and membership and fundraising schemes.
