Support Us As We Safely Reopen Our Doors

Thank you for your continued support.

We are thrilled to be reopening our doors and welcoming our audiences back to the Garrick. It has been a tough road to get here, and we still need your support now more than ever.

Whilst we are operating under COVID-19 restrictions, including social distancing significantly reducing our financial capacity, we are reliant on fundraising help us keep offering great live and filmed entertainment, as well as our valuable community and education programme.

We would like to thank our patrons for their support in donating their ticket price to Lichfield Garrick Theatre. Words cannot express the kindness you have shown us in our darkest days. We understand that this is an extremely difficult time for many, and this option is not possible for everyone. Any support that has been shown, be that a retweet on Twitter, some kind words on our Facebook wall or a donation to our Charity fund, is gratefully appreciated.

Gift Aid

If you are a UK tax payer, you can add Gift Aid to your donations in order for us to claim an extra 25p per £1 from the government.

Depending on the amount of tax you pay, you may be able to claim tax relief on charitable donations you make using Gift Aid. You can find more information about this on the government website here

How you will be helping

Should you wish to donate to our charity, you would be making a difference to the lives of many in our community. Below are a few ways that the charity supports the community with ticket sales income.

  • Dementia Friendly cinema screenings
  • Supported Internships for young adults with learning disabilities.
  • Helping people of all ages who would not be able to attend the theatre by their own means to enjoy our productions and films.
  • Making an accessible arts venue with relaxed, captioned and audio described performance and screenings.
  • Bursaries for young performers.
  • Building confidence and communication skills and combating social isolation and loneliness through arts.

Thank you for your continued support of the Lichfield Garrick theatre arts charity.

Any help you can offer is incredibly generous at a time when we are all facing uncertainty, and we can't thank you enough.
