About Lichfield Garrick Theatre
There’s never been a more exciting time to be part of Lichfield Garrick as we celebrate our most successful year on record, welcoming over 138,000 audience members annually to a busy programme of drama, dance, music, comedy, family shows, and cinema.
With ambitious plans for the future, we’re taking bold steps to enhance the theatre experience including a recent refurbishment of our entrance, box office, café, bars, and foyers, as well as a significant expansion of the theatre’s community engagement.
Our main auditorium seats around 550 people and includes a removable orchestra pit and counterweight flying system with 40 bars. Complementing this, our studio space can be arranged in a number of seating configurations and accommodates up to 150. In addition to hosting an exciting range of touring productions, we also produce our own in-house shows, providing our technical team with unique opportunities for hands-on creative involvement where possible.
