As part of the Creative Burntwood project, Burntwood school Holly Grove Primary Academy were treated to a very special visit from Alexia McIntosh - an Olivier Award nominated original cast member of acclaimed musical Six!
Best known for starring as Anne of Cleves in Six!, Alexia introduced the pupils to a range of cultures through Gazebo's performance of Hidden Treasures.
"The pupils thoroughly enjoyed the experience, which not only entertained but also broadened their understanding of diverse cultures and perspectives."
The interactive performance involved a range of pupils from Year 5 & 6 who got the chance to try on some very regal headgear in celebration of Black History Month.
This is just one strand of the Creative Burntwood project which hopes to elevate creativity in the younger generations of Burntwood.
