Choristers of Lichfield Cathedral

Lichfield Garrick and Lichfield Cathedral join together for the first time to present a magnificent celebration of the Coronation of Queen Elizabeth II and the great tradition of the patriotic British Proms concert.

The programme of music in this most lavish of concerts will feature Coronation Anthems; Zadok the Priest and I Was Glad, together with film footage and excerpts from the Westminster Abbey Coronation.

The concert will conclude with the traditional flag waving "Last Night of the Proms" favourites, Rule Britannia, Nimrod, Sea Songs, Jerusalem, I Vow to thee my Country and of course, Pomp & Circumstance March No 1 - Land of Hope and Glory.
