Lichfield Garrick is delighted to welcome the legendary Sir Bob Geldof who will be performing live in concert with his own band. This sensational programme will include songs from his new album, How To Compose Popular Songs That Will Sell, and of course, the fantastic hits of The Boomtown Rats.
Like Clockwork, Banana Republic, I Don't Like Mondays and Rat Trap will all feature plus many more.
Sir Bob co-wrote Do They Know It's Christmas for Band Aid which was one of the best-selling singles of all time! In total, Live Aid raised over £150 million for famine relief. Geldof was subsequently knighted at the age of 34.
