Job Description

About Lichfield Garrick

There has never been a more exciting time to join Lichfield Garrick.

As a producing and receiving theatre, cultural hub, and community-focused organisation at the heart of Lichfield, we are reaching wider audiences than ever before. Our programme continues to grow in both scale and diversity, offering an exciting mix of drama, musicals, comedy, live music, family entertainment, film, and community events.

Recent achievements reflect our ambition and momentum. We have welcomed record-breaking audiences of over 150,000 people, launched a national tour of one of our home-grown productions, co-produced the first professional UK musical production to transfer to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, and brought our annual pantomime in-house. In 2024, we completed a major refurbishment of our public spaces, and the company is proud to be consistently recognised with regional Large Business of the Year awards.

Our venue includes a 551-seat main auditorium and a flexible Studio space for up to 150 guests. Alongside our performance programme, we deliver a thriving community engagement programme that provides opportunities, networking, and placements within a professional theatre environment.

Under the leadership of our CEO & Artistic Director, we are entering an exciting new chapter. Our growing programme is attracting new and returning audiences, while our Café Bar continues to welcome more visitors into the theatre throughout the day.

Our Front of House team, including Duty Managers, Supervisors and Customer Service Assistants, plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for every visitor across the theatre, Café Bar and Lounge Bar.
